Norma Darlene Barnhart, 66, Needmore, Pa., died Sunday, September 9, 2018, at the Falling Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, in Chambersburg, Pa.

Born September 20, 1951, in Hagerstown, Md., she was the daughter of the late Vergil and Thelma Francis, and the widow of Larry Lee Barnhart Sr., who passed away June 28, 1998.

She is survived by three sons: Larry L. Barnhart Jr. and his wife, Judy, Needmore; Tony S. Barnhart, and Michael A. Barnhart, both of Needmore; two daughters: Dawn R. Barnhart, Needmore, and Shannon L. Smith and her husband, James, of Millersburg, Pa.; 10 grandchildren: Danielle, Brent, Toni Samantha, Ariel, James Jr., Lee Allen, Will, Destiny, Dustin, and Liam; two great-grandchildren: Chris and Chance; three brothers: Steve, Glenn, and Vergil; and three sisters: Ann, Phyllis, and Carolyn.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Sue Hartley.

There will be a gathering of family and friends at the Grove Funeral Home, 141 West Main Street, Hancock, Thursday, September 13, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m., where a memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Pastor Lowell Bard will officiate.
