Ida Strait and Shari Washabaugh enjoyed Thanksgiving Day with Lisa and Wade Kemp and their families in Shippensburg. They had a delicious meal prepared by Lisa, who is a great cook and baker.

The congregation of McConnellsburg St. Paul Lutheran Church enjoyed music presented by the Sharon Mennonite Bible Institute choir on Sunday.

The third annual Festival of Lights was held in very nice weather at the Fulton County Fairgrounds last weekend.

Sympathy goes out to the families of Beverly Souders, Leon Ulsh, Wade Stains and Jeffery Everts who all passed away last week.

Paws For Hope held its Christmas open house last weekend, and Butterfly Gardens held theirs also.

Community State Bank held a one-day craft show last Friday.
